A Dagger In His Smile

To close out its 2018 Season, Acadiana Repertory Theatre is proud to present Shakespeare’s

Macbeth, adapted for Acadiana Rep by Vanessa Miller as well as Lindsay Joy’s dark comedy "A

Dagger In His Smile";, a companion piece to Macbeth, commissioned by Acadiana Rep . These

two shows will run together on alternating nights with marathon performances on Sunday at the

end of November and the beginning of December.

Joining Director Debbi Ardoin are ART resident company members Steven R. Landry, Etienna

Wright, Garland J. Theriot, Scott Sonnier, Erica Jure and Nicole Waguespack. In addition to our

company members, ART is thrilled to welcome to the cast Denise Fontenot, Andre Lafleur,

Bethany Leonards, Duncan Thistlethwaite, Alexi Brigitte Langlois, Ellianna Abbott, Luke

Morris, Elaine Kibodeaux, and Evona Qualls.

Performance dates are November 29th and 30th and December 1st, 2nd, 6th, 7th,8th, and 9th.

Performances on Thursday-Saturday will begin at 7:30pm. On Sundays, Macbeth will be

performed at 2:00pm and A Dagger in His Smile at 6:00pm.
