There’s More to the Story by Patricia Drury Sidman tells the stories of seven very different historical women (that is, presumably historical, since nobody knows for sure) found in fragments, footnotes, and brief passages of the Christian and Hebrew Bibles and in other scriptural texts and surrounding legends. These stories - of abandonment, betrayal, loss, brutality, tenderness and hope - have been told and retold for centuries …
